Finance Minister Charles Sousa has said that there are items in the budget that both opposition parties could support, referencing retirement security, reductions in auto insurance costs, more spending on health, education and social programs, along with budget plans that would grow the economy and create jobs.
The budget will also include more details on Premier Wynne’s recent announcement of $29 billion investment over the next decade for new transit and transportation infrastructure in Ontario.
