150 dollars wasted. Experience of first time lash lift was not great. During beginning of treatment esthetician didn't provide privacy or education on the treatment. She left the treatment room door wide open and got started Lashes looked the same as before treatment and I was told I wasn't a candidate for lash lift after the lash lift. I couldn't tell how it looked at first because my contacts were burning in pain from the procedure.
I regret I didn't complain more in person. I have very bad eyesight.
Customer service for lashes leaves much to be desired in customer education and common niceties. They did not provide a nice experience

I spoke to the manager the next day who was good at explaining lash lifts. She provided an apology. I wouldn't go back

I have amazing experience with this clinic. Wrinkle treatment (Botox) was very effective, the best I ever had. The atmosphere there is very welcoming, the staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, very experienced and not pushy. I had my hair loss treatment done in this clinic as well, and am very pleased with the results. Undoubtedly, I will go there again and again.

Had my first eyelash extensions put on and was very comfortable and they look great. Katerina did a great job.

I was gifted an eyelash extension and fill for my birthday. The initial appointment, the lash technician did a fantastic job; she was professional, friendly, and was able to answer any questions I had had. I was really impressed and was pleased with my first visit. Booked my fill appointment for 4 weeks later, and at that point my lashes were still holding up. Amazing. Unfortunately, my 2nd visit was a bit of a let down. The fill appointment only took 15 minutes. When i got to my car, I checked on my lashes and 3 fell out immediately. I went back to the technician (whom was different from the 1st appointment) suggested those lashes were probably going to fall out anyway. Back on the table, and after I was unconvinced she added the fallen lashes back to the set. Needless to say, only 2 weeks later and I'm now seeking another technician from elsewhere to fix the gaps in my lash extension for one of my eyes. This was a disappointing experience; likely not to return nor make this recommendation.
