Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Xiris Automation Inc.
Lisa helps manage Xiris Automation Inc.’s marketing efforts. In 2013 Xiris deployed over 15,000 emails and 35 campaigns. Xiris achieved an average click-through rate of over 5% and in one case, over 45%. Lisa will share some of her experiences using email for marketing and sales. Xiris Automation Inc. supplies hundreds of leading manufacturers around the world with optical metrology equipment such as the XVC-O Weld Camera. Xiris’ imaging systems can reduce costs and increase efficiency across a wide range of challenging quality-control environments.

Lisa is a veteran business development, marketing, and communications expert with a strong entrepreneurial background. She works to help small businesses build deeper and more profitable customer relationships by using Constant Contact's suite of online marketing tools. Prior to joining Constant Contact, Lisa founded and managed her own marketing and communications agency where she developed strategic marketing programs for her clients. Prior to that, she held marketing management positions for a variety of organizations and has been honored with awards for entrepreneurship and business excellence by several organizations. She holds a BA in Honours English from University of Waterloo, a marketing certificate from Ryerson University, and a Resource Development Management diploma from Sheridan College. Lisa is also a member of the boards of directors of several business and community groups.
