Your Business Isn't Worth What You Think It Is

For most business owners there are only two outcomes - sell or close. A voluntary outcome such as a sale or succession is what most owners aspire to. The sad truth however is many business owners have an unrealistic expectation about the value of their business, can’t sell it and instead simply close the doors or worse - go bankrupt.

If you ever plan to sell your business, you need to get ready now

Selling or transitioning your business requires preparation. To be successful you need to evaluate what your business is worth today and how to make it attractive to a future buyer. This session will help you to understand the process and players involved and help you to avoid an involuntary outcome.

In the session you will gain an understanding of:

  • Where your business is today
  • What you need to do to position your business for transition
  • The functional steps required to increase enterprise value
  • The time line for preparing for a transition or sale

Benefit from the experience of others with MBOT Business Learning Sessions.
